I first went to Dr. Bloomfield when my then current dentist could not determine the cause of my pain that I had for over a year; Dr. Bloomfield right away spotted that I had a fracture in my tooth. I considered going to another dentist, as Dr. Bloomfield is not a participating dentist with my insurance - but when my husband tried out another "participating" dentist that had been recommended to us, that dentist could not see a fracture that was in my husband's tooth. Dr. Bloomfield had taken a photograph and showed the fracture to my husband, so it was clearly missed by the other dentist. Dr. Bloomfield will often follow up procedures with a phone call to be sure things are OK. When I've had problems with crowns that have cracked Dr. Bloomfield has covered the repair under his personal 5 year warranty. It has never been difficult to get an appointment when I'm having a problem. I only wish that our dental procedures were more fully covered, but when I compared the actual work we've had done to what a "participating" dentist would have charged, there really wasn't a lot of difference between the two in anticipated out of pocket expenses b/c of the svcs we typically had done.
About Hygienist: The hygienists have all been very good. And the office staff is super helpful as well.
