I went to see the doctor for my six year old son. He had a cavity and was in a lot of pain. When we were at the doctors, my son was apprehensive about the process of opening his mouth. When I asked him to help with opening my son's mouth, he said "NO". He stated that he 'had no time' and was too busy to spend any time with my son. Dr. Sivakumar didn't even examine him, yet charged our insurance for the visit. He is very unprofessional and even rude. Also to make things worse, my visit was on a Friday and I had to wait until Monday before I could get an appointment with another dentist. I would stay away from Dr. Sivakumar.
