I have never been here before so I wasn't familiar with Dr. Kinra. I didn't even know that he wasn't the one that worked on me until I got home and looked them up on the Internet. Because Dr. Kinra is male. the person that worked on me is female. So I never got to see Dr kinra. I couldn't tell you who worked on me. She never even introduced herself to me. When she came in I thought she was an assistant. But she did the whole root canal. During the process her and her assistant were chatting about their holiday weekend and carrying on about that. I'm a very nervous person when it comes to being in the dentist chair.I shared that, but she never even reassured me that it would "be OK" or just relax. And when she gave me the shot to numb The area it was excruciating. She was very rough and didn't even try to be gentle. Her assistant wasn't very good at keeping the saliva from choking me. And I also kept getting debris in the back of my throat and they never even tried to help me get it out. I will never go back to this office. I just felt they were very unprofessional.
