Very good dentist. Had a ton of work done. Always willing to work out a payment plan. Started seeing him in South Bend. Great doc. Sadly he died but the new doc is excellent too. Would recommend this office to everyone!
About Hygienist: His girls are great. The office has a couple of new ones but they dont cause pain when they do that scraping thing and take the time to explain stuff

This is an outstanding dental office. In fact in a small town like Niles I think its the best. I've been a patient here since 1999 and have never received anything but very professional treatment from the staff and doctor. They have always gone out of their way to work with me when I couldnt afford treatment. As someone who has had many appointments because I've had a great deal of work I'd recommend this office to my family and friends. ( I really already have and most go here)
About Hygienist: His Hygienists go are very gentle and make cleanings very easy

I had a terrible experience with Dr. Bieneman. I believe he took on more than he was qualified for. In attempting to provide me with very costly crowns and partials and after months of discomfort, my mouth looks worse than when I started. I have to have further work to corrrect what he has done. He seems to have a big turnover in staff, but his assistant and front desk staff, at the time were very congenial and supportive.
