My wife while we were on vacation traveling from Ohio had an old root canal issue come up and she was in major pain and swollen, so much so it could not be worked on. Dr. Hamling said to take some pain pills and antibiotics which he prescribed and they will help tremendously. That they did and we were able to make it home for the work to be done. The girls in the office were all great. I believe it was Erin that helped us a lot. I wish we could thank them all again in person but this will have to do. If you are lucky enough to live near Big Sky Endodontics you should be really be grateful! Thanks again to you all.

funny I reading this and remembered I was in the waiting room when this person was at Dr. Hamling's office. She was very out-of-line and acting un-reasonable. Dr. Hamling went out of his way to accommodate her, but she got so nasty with him that he finally had to ask her to leave. I have been a patient of Dr. Hamling's on more than 1 occasion and have had exceptional treatment every time. The experience has always been great! His staff is second to none and I couldn't believe I was in and out so quickly and painlessly

He spent one minute telling me what I already knew and to schedule a root canal. Problem, I needed it done today and my dentist personally informed them of my need prior to scheduling. Nothing like waiting for a few days to get in for a root canal and find out that they only had you scheduled for a consult (My dentist personally informed them that I need a root canal for this week in Butte). Really! Problem, I Have to get this done this week. So my dentist is shocked that Jeff Hamling, Endodontic didn't do the root canal. I returned to the office after lunch to hang out until they would fit me in but I was asked to leave the office if I couldn't control myself, (I was apparently using my loud, upset, angry voice). Too bad he's the only guy who comes to Butte. Since I have to leave town to get it done I'm taking my sore tooth elsewhere. Not happy in Butte.
