Dr Miles and office has always been so professional and when I read some of the reviews I know they must be unhappy employees or something --some people hate successful Dr's he and his staff --especially the front desk are super He is way above average

The doctor didn't seem to listen to me. He actually hurt me. And, after waiting through his awful staff, he didn't seem to care about putting me at ease.

About Front Desk: The front staff was so unprofessional. Half the time they didn't get up to help me and the other half the time they were on their cell phones, not even bothered with their work or patients. This might as well been a Medicaid office in a bad part of town, because that's the type of service I got. They probably have better service at a place like that. The staff was rude, seemed unhelpful, as if we were bothering them. I believe I met Dr. Miles wife, she was rude and crude and very disrespectful in her manner towards specfic patients. I would never again go there and spend my money to be treated like that and see that circus show. If you don't want to work and help patients, you should stay home.

The front staff didnt seem to know what they were doing from the time i called till the time i went in. Very unprofessional. The front desk staff was constantly taking personal calls so loud i could hear. I had to wait a long time until i was brought back to see the dentist. I will definitely not be going back!!!!

Dr Miles office has changed for worst. Used to be friendly. I liked Dr Miles but after they called me to cancel all appts for my family due to me saying in a review their office was unfriendly was not cool at all. Went to Dr Sharon Reid office and they were SO friendly and personable. I will stay there. Dr Miles did a crown which he admitted he didn't get it right and fixed it w/o charging extra. Admired that
