I had a consultation. From the minute I walked in the door the Dr and staff treated me horribly. I have many health issues plus a past history of abuse, and they humiliated me to the point I now have a flare up with my health issues it has caused me so much stress. The Dr was rude and abrasive even yelling at me, the place is open where staff and patients can hear everything, I was humiliated and degraded in front of everyone. I have been a long time patient and never had a problem until now. He was like an entirely different person and the staff was all new. All especially Dr were uncaring and their treatment of me was unprofessional. Quoted me an outrageous. I had no choice but to do as they asked, then they called and told me to find another dentist, he wanted nothing to do with me. I even asked him at the office what I had done that made him treat me the way he did. He never answered any of my questions about the procedure or even looked me in the eye the whole time I was there. I have never seen anything like this, I don't know what happened to him to become so uncaring and mean. No I would never recommend him to anyone. Chair-side manners were horrible, staffs also. Humiliating, degrading experience.

2 wisdom teeth pulled and 13 fillings and I felt no pain. Great
service and highly recommended,

Dr.Pitts' is knowlegable about his work. He cares about your comfort when you're sitting in his chairs. He's so Good at what he does. He fixed my jaw while filling four cavities. I did'nt even know he was fixing it. I had a life long bite that when I closed my mouth, the left teeth closed(touched) but the right side did'nt. My jaw was tense 80% of the time(per week). He did so well and I cant get over it. He is my new Hero in real life. And at no extra cost. The place does work because they care about people. how many doctors do that? very, very few. this doctor "dentist", uses that motto "i got into the medicine field to help people" and he actually Does it!!!god bless dr. pitts. if you want to feel cared about when you go to a dentist go to dr.pitts. awesome man!!!
About Hygienist: everyone in the office is elite in my opinion. and the ladies are hotties lol. thanks dr.pitts good job and excellent work. god bless this office.
