He was very clear in showing me the problem with my teeth and was also very efficient in taking care of my situation. I would recommend him to anyone that asked me about an endodontist. If I ever need to see him again in the future I would not hesitate.

horrible front desk person. Brenda was obnoxious, cut me off while I was speaking. Ashe had me repeat vital information so many times because she spoke over me. so unprofessional.

This is a honest and best endodontist we had. We did several root canals through 6 endodontists. Dr. Burnett is the best one.

I had to have an emergency root canal yesterday and Dr. Burnett fit me in last minute. I can't even describe how professional he and his staff were. I had a bit of a meltdown due to the pain I was in and they were super nice about it. They patched me up in under an hour and sent me home. They were incredibly kind and Dr. Burnett was very efficient.

I was referred to Dr. Burnett by my dentist, who did not have the required equipment to remove and replace an old defective root canal. I was able to get an appointment quickly. All the office and medical staff were very reassuring. The office is nice, clean, not overdone. Office staff explained the fee structure up front, so there were no surprises. The fee seemed high but endodontics is a specialty; I have no way of knowing how it compares with the average. Dr. Burnett was neat, thorough, reassuring, workmanlike, very sympathetic to nerves (!), and the treatment was completely successful. I felt everyone in the office was responsive to me and to my questions. The equipment seemed state of the art (digital computer display was interesting). Dr. B explained everything to my satisfaction and his follow up instructions were clear and complete. If I ever need endodontic work done again, I would return to Dr. Burnett without hesitation.
