The team of the doctor and assistant put me at ease, they really cared (they made me laugh). The care I received only makes me wish Dr. Samyn practiced general dentistry. He was the top referral from my dentist and the only one in the area taking CareCredit. To top it off, I got a call from the doctor himself at 8pm that night to check on me. I wouldn't go anywhere else! As for the one post I read here, teeth that fracture is not the dentists fault.

I've spent a lot of time in dentist and specialists offices. This was my best root canal! The movie and the caring manner the doctor and his staff showed me really put me at ease.

I I saw Dr. Samyn and his wonderful staff recently and they were able to get me out of pain immediately. It was my best root canal experience ever (no pain!). Thank you for your great service, you are much appreciated.

Absolutely wonderful! Root Canals are not suppose to be pleasant, but this experience was indeed that. They are especially considerate of the client that is scared of needles, you can opt for the gas. You can even view movies through a personal viewer/glasses to keep your mind off the procedure. The entire procedure from start to finish only took an hour and a half (my root canal had to be performed under a permanent crown). Overall, Dr. Samyn and his staff were highly profession and even followup with a phone call at home to check up on you, which I highly appreciated. In 25 yrs of having to deal with dental procedures, this was by far the most pleasant.

I was very suprised to see the other review as I had three root canals by Dr. Samyn and I'd rather have a root canal done by that guy than a filling anywhere else.
I recommended him to a friend who had a great experence as well.

Dr. Samyn treated me with a root canal 3 years ago, and my new dentist found out that there is an infection inside the root canal and refer me to a new endodonthist who found out that Samyn for some reason did not finish the root canal. I also recall a pain and swollen after the root canal, I called my former dentist and he said it's OK, but when he checked me after a few days, he found out that my tooth cracked !!!
I will come back with more report but I can guarantee Samyn's customer service is very bad.
