Absolutely horrible, my husband was to be a new patient today and went to the wrong address, he was running 15 minutes late and I called them to let them know. When I called they put me on hold and then someone else came on the line and bluntly told me that they would not see him today. I asked them why and explained that he cannot get another day off work as it is not easy for him to do this. They then accused me of cursing and yelling, (I have recorded the conversation on my cellular phone as this is my custom now with doctors) and then said they would not be allowing my husband to ever bee seen there. When my husband got to the office they pulled him into a back room and went on to tel him his wife was a crazy bitch and they would not be seeing him because I called them and asked them to work him in claiming I was overly aggressive and "yelling: and that he would have to find another dentist.
I think this office needs new staff who actually understand yelling and someone who is just frustrated as I never once raised my voice and this appointment was scheduled for 2 months and due to the husband going to the wrong address they refused to see him even though he is 15 minutes late.
