She did work on my son's teeth that did NOT need to be done (we found out later) and I have heard the same thing from others.

She might be able to do the most basic dental work but she can't successfully complete the big jobs. She is very, very expensive and does not stand behind her work. She is in it for the money not because she cares about your dental health.
About Front Desk: They take orders from Phelps so your relationship to Phelps designates your relationship with the front desk.
About Hygienist: They are more interested in selling you stuff than successfully doing their job.

Dr. Phelps is a very kind person. She answers all your questions. I have never been to a dentist before that is a caring as she. It is so great to take one day to get a crown and root canal in the same visit. Please give her a try and you'll soon have her as your regular dentist.
