I had to go in a total of four (yes, four) times in a matter of a month or so for what ended up being an unsuccessful repair of a small chip in the middle of my front tooth. Not only was the repair unsuccessful, but it caused additional damage to the tooth because the bite wasn't correct. I had told him I could feel the repair hitting my lower tooth and sure enough, a day later the whole corner of the repaired tooth chipped off.

Dr. Kussman is the best.
I am sorry that my company changed insurance plans as now I have to find a new dentist. I am very nervous about that because I received the bast care from Dr. Kussman.
If I could pay directly from my pocket for his care, there would be no hesitation.
I highly recommend him and he cares about his patients.

I love doctor Kussman. He was recommended to me by a friend after being so disatisfied with my previous dentist. So I gave Dr. Kussman a try and when I went I was so impressed that I recommended him to my friend who had gone to 5 previous different dentists who all were unalbe to remedy my friends problem, one of them was even quite well known. But Dr. Kussman fixed up my friend in no time at all. Now my whole family sees Dr. Kussman. Also the receptionist is the friendliest and warmest that I have ever encountered.

Dr. Kussman is the most gentle dentist that has ever treated me. His treatments have always been successful. Minimal wait times. The hygienist is also gentle, on time and polite. His building has parking underneath. I don't believe he is on any type of preffered provider list for discounts. Since I have insurance, I can't really make an educated evaluation about his charges.

Dr. Kussman and his staff are highly professional, kind, and we are totally happy with his work. Being a patient for some 15 years, we have no complaints of any kind. We are very fortunate to have him as our dentist.

A friend recommended Dr. Kussman, and I've been a loyal customer (er, patient) ever since...even though I no longer live in SF! Certainly more skilled than what I've found when using the typical chains. Now I just need to find a decent doctor...
