I have been seeing Dr. Berg for about 20 years now, and he has made seeing the dentist a comfortable and, if I may say it, enjoyable experience for me! He has excellent chair-side manners; more so, he takes the time to explain to me what he needs to do before he starts in. He answers all my questions to ensure I am at ease.
My parents also see him rather than going to the dentists for whom their insurance covers, because they feel his expertise is worth the cost. When I have had dental work done, he only does the work he is well-trained in; he has referred me to specialists as necessary. One family member of mine has had several crowns done by Dr. Berg, and she is quite pleased with the results.
He is also very available, a problem I have had in the past with other health providers in urgent/emergent cases. I highly recommend him, particularly for those who have fears of going to the dentist.
