my husband went in to get his bridge secured. it was loose and causing him severe pain. they took an xray and said there was nothing wrong with it, they said it wasnt loose when they wiggled it. Even I could tell it was loose. when my husband went to check out, there was no one at the desk, why? because the dentist was back in a procedure room IN the chair having work done!!! Never go here! they dont listen to the patients.

Absolute disappointment in customer service. was sloppy with examining my teeth.. Very old equipment.. i feared infection because of how outdated this office's equiment was.i needed a temporary put in on my front tooth. Was done by the assistant but i could literally push it out with my tongue w/minimal pressure. Assistant tells me 'It's temporary. it's not supposed to stay. the glue will set in.' So i goto the front desk and tell them it's loose - i get told to go to wal-mart and buy some denture glue....what kind of ghetto operation is this. i think, well. i can't afford a root canal and crown on my own.. sigh. so i sign up for another appointment in 3 weeks in which a casting of my crown will be taken and temporary REINSTALLED AGAIN. eventually, my porcelain crown comes in -- too short and round. do i want this as my other front tooth for possibly the next 10-20 years? @#$% no.
I emerged from this office with only sore gums and a problem absolutely unresolved.
Save your medicaid for a better office with respectful, professional dentists/assistants. Just because you have medicaid DOES NOT mean you should be subjected to this bull.
About Hygienist: Side note - There was a newly hired assistant who got no instruction or guidance.. no useful tips. Was really only told to get things. Was barely even included in small talk. sigh.
