I had veneers, crowns, and implant dentistry work. All to great success. Beautifully done. Extremely happy and satisfied.

Not a great experience in this office. There are more qualified Dentist in the Bronx.

I agree with reviewers online. Dr. Chang is very good. She has personality plus, is caring and skillful.

About Front Desk: Worst. Rude, unprofessional. Embarrassed me in front of other patients though I fought back and got my dignity back. Listen to the recorded message over phone which the two good dentist probably have never heard. Message is spoken at breakneck speed as if the person who recorded it could care less whether we get necessary information or not. Good luck getting a call back from reception although compassionate dentist is very good at getting back to me at emergency number. What a difference between dentists and reception.

I have known Dr. Chang for many years. She is highly regarded, excellent practitioner, and very concerned about the patient and the treatment results. I would highly recommend her and her office for anything from routine work to cosmetic dentistry,.
