Always suggests the most aggressive treatments even when x-rays show otherwise. Has damaged the health of a family member after an unnecessary procedure (as quoted from a second dentist) and personally I know eight former patients who left due to getting a second opinion on dental care who were told that recommended work was unnecessary. Overheard as saying he likes to "stick it to the man" and do anything insurance will pay for (x amount of xrays a year, for instance) and always jumps to the most aggressive treatment to patients without history of dental problems. The amount of complaints for this dentist around the community is staggering, I am wondering why there aren't more poor reviews online.
About Front Desk: Very rude over the phone to me and to other patients (after asking around), especially when rescheduling appointments. The woman spoke very rudely to a family member of mine which caused him to switch dentists.
