I needed crown work after two root canals and went to Dr. Howil. She said the work could not be done until after the first of the next year. I was told they would contact me when insurance approval came through but they never did. I called them a few more times after verifying from my insurance provider that the full coverage was back in effect. I was told three times that they would get back to me but they did not. Needless to say I acquired the services of another dentist and the work is being done finally. I would never recommend Dr. Howil to anyone! They are unprofessional and do not seem to care about the patient.
