I've seen Drs. Howard, Nicholas, and Baburek's office since moving to Toledo 4 years ago. The office is bright, clean, comfortable, and friendly. Both my routine tooth cleanings as well as the one filling I needed have gone very well. I have always appreciated the warmth of the office staff. Recently, I saw Dr. Nicholas for a second opinion after I had a periodontal procedure done elsewhere. He took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed them fully. The way he answered my questions showed a lot of empathy--he did a great job putting himself in my shoes. It was a very reassuring office visit, and I left feeling happier than ever that this is my dental practice.
About Front Desk: Joe always goes out of his way to be friendly. and rather incredibly, in spite of the fact that I had a large outstanding balance on my account the last time I checked out, he encouraged me not to make partial payment until insurance reimbursed its part. usually collection time is a big issue for medical/dental practices, so I was surprised that they were so pleasant/relaxed about payment timing.
