He's the rudest person I've met. He's unwilling to listen to my questions and even ignored me when I asked about the complications and how it may affect my life. The charges came out to be $500 over his estimate. I'd never come back to this office ever again.
About Front Desk: Useles people. I was put on hold 30 minutes twice and hung up on each time. The wait was 1.5 hours for me.

Dr Aves extracted two impacted wisdom teeth from my jaw last week. I was nervous about this procedure. Surgery went well,felt no pain.

Dr. Aves pulled by son's wisdom teeth and he was fine. However, this billing person is totally incompetent and worthless!! After several months we rec'd a bill which only stated "previous balance". No date of service or anything. We had submitted insurance card at the time. I tried calling for WEEKS and the billing gal was never at work. Finally I mailed them a letter asking what this was for. She did return call and stated that it was what insurance didn't cover. No detail or anything. I paid in full to avoid a further fight. Now, 6 months after that, we get a notice from a collection agency that we owe more than double what the last bill was that I paid in full. Again, no detail of service nor date of service or any explanation. Also no bill directly from the Doctor. At this time I have already attempted phone calls on 3 different days and no one answers. No recording either. I guess I can look forward to that battle plus the battle to straighen out our credit rating.

Dr Aves is an awesome oral surgeon, I am very pleased with my results and will deffinately refer any friends or family members to his office for their oral surgery needs.
