I recieved very poor customer sercvice at this dentist. I was trying to find a new dentist and loved it at this dentist until I went in for a filling and later that day had a swollen face. I went in and had it check and he said he broke a blood vessel in my gums with the shot. Two days later my face was black and blue and stayed that way for 2 weeks! I understand that things happen, but no one ever called to check on me or anything. I would have been pleased if someone would have checked up on me, but they didn't.

I have been Dr. Schuette's patient for more than 5 years, and I wouldn't want to go to anyone else. He and his wife are very kind, Christian, caring people. Dr. Schuette takes the time to explain things after every examination. He wouldn't recommend any treatment that I didn't need, and I like that he has full service at his location. I also take my 13 year old son to see him, and besides giving my son a free toothbrush (and sometimes other goodies) with every visit, he visits with my son and addresses any problems my son might be having.
