Dr. Grossman and his staff were wonderful from the moment I walked in the door. Dr. Grossman was very friendly and comforting. He never pushes treatment on me and seems to be on the more conservative side. I feel if something is in need of treatment it is taken care of properly.
About Front Desk: They always get me in at the last minute if necessary and are very helpful with insurance questions.

About Hygienist: Both hygienist do a thorough job and are very friendly and knowledgeable.

The office did not have any emergency appointments for new patients. I had to make an appointment 2 weeks out to get a tooth fixed that has an exposed nerve.

To much wait and not much proper co ordination between dentists and hygenists.
