The absolute worst experience of my life..... The staff at webster dental are the rudest, most unprofessional bunch of nuts i've ever had the misfortune of coming in contact with. I believe that the office manger may be battling a serious drug addition... No joke. Please pray for these people. They treat paying customers as if they are an annoyance.
They set appointments and swear that they never spoke with you. No apologies and no acknowledgment. After being reprimanded about my "tone" ( as if i were a child), i was verbal accosted, blatantly lied to and on about never confirming my appointment 3 days prior. And to make matters worse after refusing their service i received a dismissal letter 2 weeks later, making accusations of violent, rude and unacceptable behavior... Lol...
The only people with unacceptable behavior would be some of his staff members. This entire situation is ridiculous and disgusting. Dr. Micheal white... Thanks for the " dismissal letter", lol. Your pathetic and so is your dental entire practice. Good riddance and good luck !!! Another dentist will gladly accept my $8,000.00 + ............... :)

Dr. Krobath is simply THE BEST! He is completely professional and personable. He does excellent work and he is great about handling emergencies and even accepts calls at home!
He really is the best dentist I have ever been to (and that is saying a lot!). Most importantly, he is so highly skilled that he is able to work very quickly. You will never be sorry if Dr. Krobath is your dentist.

Dr. Krobath's office and staff are very nice and friendly. I like his chairside manner, as well. He is very gentle and easy to understand - he explains everything in detail. I have insurance, so my cost is very reasonable. The office gives 5% off whatever your portion is if you pay the day of your visit, as well. I have seen three separate dentists at Webster Dental Care (where Dr. Krobath is on staff), and I like all three of them. Dr. Krobath has kids, as well, and he treats your child the way he would treat one of his own.
