Most painless destist I've ever had. He is kind and patient and it isa oy to be around him. I've recommended him to countless friends who are afraid of the dentist.

About Front Desk: Haughty, snotty, rude and uncaring. It's a tribute to Simokaitis that he has such loyal paitients when they have to put up with her.Difficult to get an appointment unless it is an emergency. Front desk person has ALWAYS been rude haughty. Dr. Simokaitis himself is the best dentist I've ever had, it's a shame his front desk is so awful.

About Hygienist: Wish I could remember names--a past hygienist was just crazy--she tried to FORCE me to have a crown and was very suggestive with my husband. On the other had, the other hygienist I've had is the sweetest most lovely person I've every known.

I recently switched dentists after moving to Saint Louis. After reading reviews online I picked out Dr. Simokaitis's office. The experience has been awful. The woman who runs the front desk is totally incompetent and rude. I've tried twice now to make an appointment. The first time I called at 12:55PM, she answered and told me to call back another time, since she didn't want to enroll new patients. So I waited a week and called. Same woman answers, asks for my last name. I tell her my last name, on which she promptly 'corrects' me, telling me that my own last name is incorrect. I then ask to make an appointment, upon which she tells me that they're waiting for the mail before they can enroll new patients. "Call back some other time." I don't know what is going on in this office, but the staff answering the phones are completely incompetent. Save your time and go elsewhere...anyplace else.

About Front Desk: Incredibly rude office staff. I've never had a more unprofessional encounter than at Dr Simokaitis's office.

Frank Simokaitis is an excellent dentist and a great guy, He is very kind and gentle, along with being 100% interested in each of his patients. You could not ask for more in a dentist. I recommend him to everyone. Give him a try if you are in the market for a new dentist - you will be hooked on his professionalism and very friendly, guy next door manner.

About Hygienist: The hygienist is excellent and the equipment used is very up to date.

I've had problems with a couple of filling Dr. Simolaitis has done for me. The latest filling left too small a gap with the neighboring tooth and has now become loose. I'll either have to get a new filling or a crown to replace the tooth. When I returned about a week after getting the filling, he saw that the gap was too tight, but did not offer to replace the filling.

I was very skeptical when choosing my primary care dentist, because i have had some terrible experience with my previous one. I found Dr. Francis Simokaitis through my insurance network and decided to give a try. I am really a Phobic, i pray each time before going to my appointment even just for a simply cleaning. To my great satisfaction, Dr. Simokaitis provided me with a very stress free environment. He has a good chair side manner and always ready to listen to my concern. The entire office is professional and caring. I would recommend to others who is looking for a general care dentist.

I think Dr. Simokaitis is great. He takes the time to explain all procedures. Front staff needs some work.

Dr. Simokaitis is very nice and explained all procedures in lay language. My son really likes him too. I am not very happy with the front desk person. She can be very rude at times. If I decided to leave and go to another dentist, it would be because of his front desk staff.

Family oriented, kind and great sense of humor. Helped financially. Took time to examine our children. The facility is very modern with a comfortable feel.

Dr. Simokaitis is informative and friendly. His staff pays attention to patient needs and offers a professional envoirnment. Great chair-side manner! I highly recommend Dr. Simokaitis.
