I called the office because I suddenly had extreme pain in my upper right tooth towards the back. Even though I had never been there before and they had a full schedule, they still got me in to see the dentist that day before lunch. The dentist seemed to be extremely skilled and was also very friendly. I felt much better by the time I left my appointment and I have now been a patient of Dr. Fornalczyk's for 2 years.

About Front Desk: They were very nice ladies who seemed very happy at all times.

About Hygienist: She is very nice and so down to earth. She also has an extensive education and really knows her stuff.

Dr. Bob has preformed many procedures on me - everything from root canals to periodontal treatment to crowns. All of the procedures has been painless, explained to me before any work was started and always given options. I never had any complications and was very pleased with the work. He has even come in on non office hours to treat me and make sure I was taken care of - even when my medical doctor was unavailable. When we moved to the Butler area I was so pleased with him I brought my entire family here.

About Front Desk: My initial visit, when I came in pain, was going to be very expensive due to lack of dental coverage. Heidi was able to explain to me several options for payment. There were multiple ways for me to pay. One of which was 0% interest for 12 months with Care Credit. I applied for the loan and found Care Credit was easy to deal with. With the nature of my job I had had to call the office multiple times and reschedule. The staff always understood and accomodated me. When messages were left phone calls were always returned. I've always found the staff friendly and engaging while waiting for my apoointment

About Hygienist: The hygienists have always been very pleasant and also never hurt me while giving me a thorough cleaning. When I first came to the office I had severe periodontal disease and I was never made to feel embarrassed about it.They treated my perio disease and taught me how to take care of my gums. Now I'm disease free.

1st visit went well, needed tooth extract. 2nd-tooth extracted, post placed with a temp. 3rd-dr wasn't happy w color, sent back out. Waited over a month w no call, so called them, sec said needed to call back w answers, never received that call. 4th- same as the 3rd, including with the calls and returns. 5th- finally had tooth placed at his discretion bc dr still wasn't happy with color. Took over 9 mths & $3000 to make it happen. DO NOT LET HEIDI TALK YOU INTO CARE CREDIT! She took my 8month pregnant gf in another room, and talked her into applying for a $3000 line of credit, without discussing it with me, convincing her with saying best for the baby.

About Front Desk: Heidi - all over the place, gets involved in multiple conservations and forgets what she needs to be doing. Does not return calls. Does not call to let you know when tooth was ready, had tk call numerous times, and even when told shed need to call back, she wouldn't, leaving us to call again and again. Tbe other ladies who would answer the phone were not able to schedule, was told only heidi was to do so.

About Hygienist: One broke the temp in my mouth, she was older short hair with glasses. The girl with dark hair and skinny was very nice and talkitive.

Dr. Fornalczyk's office is such a friendly place to come to have dental work done by an extremely competent dentist and staff! I am in my 70's and never had such a meticulous dentistry - believe me I had a lot done. Anyone who has a fear should call this office. They really do a thorough job and are gentle too. I feel like I'm in very competent hands here. RIchard Beckman

My husband and I were looking for a new dentist. We had a lot of work needing to be done. My husband needed all his front teeth redone and I had a real bad infection needing to be taking care of. When we went to Doctor Bob’s office we thought it was going to be the same as with every office we have gone to. The wait to get in was going to be long, rude office employees and a dentist who was going to throw big figures at us or telling us to just pull our teeth. This was NOT the case. When we got an appointment within a week, the staff was very caring and Doctor Bob was as well. Doctor Bob and his staff are more like a family now. I have never been to a place like this. Everyone was so friendly and caring. Doctor Bob told us no one will lose their teeth if they don’t want to. Doctor Bob sat down and made us both out a plan after taking all the images needed and doing an over view of our mouth. He also didn't talk big figures. He said we will get it done and not only what you need but what you want!!!! Every appointment after that was within the week and he did a lot of work at those appointments. He wanted to get us out of pain and did. I strongly recommend going to Dr Bob. If you need a cleaning and upkeep to major work he is so caring and does such a good job. We did an interest free loan and now don’t hurt! This is where to go!! Dr Bob does amazing work and when he is working on your teeth he is so is caring about how comfortable you are and making sure you don't feel anything. His staff as well takes very good care of you. Our cleanings took an hour. We never had that before, we were usually rushed in and out the door. This was a very pleasant doctor visit. I also would strongly recommend him to anyone that has a fear of dentists. He will take that fear away. He is very gentle. I can't say enough about Dr. Bob he is excellent!!!!

Dr. Fornalczyk has been my dentist for many years. He is kind, compassionate and virtually painless. I have experienced periodontal disease, required root canals and cosmetic dentistry. All of this was accomplished with minimal pain and treatment success. The follow up was excellent, as was the care and concern for my well being. I am fortunate to find a dentist in whom I can trust. I strongly endorse him .

About Front Desk: The staff was very accommodating and extremely professional.

About Hygienist: The hygienist paid strong attention to my needs and provided strong patient teaching to avoid further periodontal disease.

I strongly recommend Dr. Robert Fornalczyk. My son and I have been seeing Dr. Bob for years. He and his team are always friendly, professional and do a wonderful job no matter if it is general dentistry, root canals or lumineers. Dr. Bob has taken me immediately on several instances of emergencies.

I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they all attended last month, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Everyone has heard my raves already about this dentist. They are so amazing, I just want the world to know! They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They also offer sedation!

About Front Desk: There is one girl whose job is just to make sure that you receive all your dental benefits in full. They offer interest free financing too.

About Hygienist: The hygienist spends an entire hour with you at every visit. This is the only dentist who allows his hygienists to spend all that time with me. I always get a very thorough cleaning and feel very well taken care of.

I was fortunate to discover Dr. Fornalczyk. I am no longer terrified to have dental work done. He is painless, patient, and accommodating . i have two implants, which have held up very well.i woyld go to no one else.

About Front Desk: Very friendly and helpful.

About Hygienist: The hygienist worked with me to reduce my peridontal issues and save my teeth. She did strong patient teaching and helped educate me to reduce the problems that I have encountered for years.
