Dr Wroblesky is a mild mannered man. His staff are beyond rude and I find their behavior unacceptable for a supposed child friendly environment. His mother is his receptionist and his brothers assist him. His mother has treated my family. She has an attitude on most occasions, no matter how kind you are to her. she refused to schedule any of our appointments, gather any of our records or mail any of our follow up information. she constantly messes up appointment times. I set up an appointment with her when I first started going and she handed me an appt card. When I arrived she said that I read the card wrong and my child couldn't be seen. She hung up the phone on me just while attempting to set an appts from that day forward. I went to get copies of our records to enroll my child into school when we move and he allowed his brother to literally scream at me about how much of an inconvenience I was causing by requesting them. his brother insisted that I had requested them three times; however, this was my second time in the office since we left. I was prepared to pay if there was an issue. All because his mother refuses to handle my files. I called to let them know that I was submitting a complaint and she hung up on me.

Horrible experience! Took my 3 yr old to him for first eval and it was the worst thing I could have done!! The appt lasted 5 mins total!! He asked me to leave the room to taje an x-ray. While he was alone with my son I heard him ask him if he wanted his teeth cleaned. My 3 yr old said no and so he said ok mom you need to reschedule him. I said no we"ll do it now and he said just reschedule!!! My son never put up fight and would have let him if he just did it but he shouldn't have asked a 3 yr old!!! I left not having any questions answered and my son had a cavity and I was left with no direction except to go to Pittsburgh to have it filled!! What a waste of time and his practice should be shut down! Facility was very shady, including the operation of the 2 person staff he had! Horrible, Horrible!!!
