Dr. Black made dental plates for me in 1990. He obviously did one heck of a great job, read on. I recently visited my local dentist, I no longer live in the Harrisburg area, and told him these were 22 years old, that I've worn them every day of the 22 years and do I need to replace them or have them repaired? The dentist was totally amazed as the fit was better then he thought he could do if he made a set for me. He went on to say they show very little wear and he complimented the work done by Dr. Black all those years ago. If you wear dentures and they just don't do the job or fit correctly, I'd give Dr. Black a call.

On my first visit, I thought Dr. Black was a nice dentist. But, on my second and third visits, he became very unfriendly and uncaring. His staff has always been very rude from the start, and also his office is very old. All of the equipment used needs to be updated, and cleanliness is not very good throughout the office. I felt very uneasy after my first visit when I noticed that the office was a little dirty, but I thought, oh well, maybe the cleaning lady has not been here this week. Unfortunately, the two subsequent visists (both months later), the office was still dirty and him and his entire staff needs to take some lessons in learning how to treat people with kindness and humility. However, I have since warned them to stay away, and regrettably one of my co-workes has already gone to him and had a similar uncomfortable experience. I will be finding a new dentist as soon as I can, and I suggest you stay away from this office.
