Dr Lewis is the best dentist I have ever visited. He's honest and trustworthy and doesn't do unnecessary work. When my daughter fell off her bike and knocked out her front tooth (adult tooth) Shad answered his cell phone and even though he was at reserve training he informed his superiors of the situation and was allowed to leave. Shad meet us at the office in less than an hour in his fatigues and worked on my daughter. How many can say their dentist would of done that? I can!

The man scraped at a bad tooth with a sharp instrument. He later denied doing so and blamed the condition of my teeth for the shards now sticking out of the tooth. If my teeth are irreparable, WHY take me as a patient??? My tongue hurts when it touches the shards. I cannot control my tongue during sleep. He spoke to me as though I was mentally handicapped. He told me that he had filed a Benefit Limit Exception with my insurance company and later denied it when the insurance company told me none was ever filed. I would rather die from dental disease than allow this man to ever touch my teeth again. He wants to treat only wealthy clients. Worst experience of my life. Avoid like the plague.

About Front Desk: Feel that considering the demeanor and character of their boss, pretty good.

I've had a few cleanings done, a partial chipped tooth removed, and just recently I had an abscess, he got me in right away, called in the prescription himself while I was there and had me come in the next day just to check to make sure it was getting better. He constantly checked to see if I was in pain when he was checking, he's very personable, overall he has a great bedside manner. My insurance covers most of dental work, so I don't remember how much I've paid, but I don't think it's been over even $100 in total in the couple years I've gone to him. One instance, HE returned a phone message himself to answer a very basic question I had. He offers his cell phone number to current patients for emergencies. I couldn't be happier with him as my dentist and feel blessed having found him after having my share of uncaring doctors and dentists. He's a rare find!

About Hygienist: I don't remember the hygienist's name, but all of the staff there are very friendly, non-judgmental, polite, gentle, explain the procedures, everything is clean, and despite it being a dentist's office, it feels welcoming.

I have had problems with dentists before and I was referred to Dr. Lewis. I am very cautious about dentists since I had bad experiences with them in the past. But, Dr. Lewis does amazing work and he is very pleasant. You will feel comfortable with him and be very satisfied with his work. The only problem I had with him is that his looks are distracting. He is one sexy man.

About Hygienist: Everyone I met was courteous and professional.

Dr. Lewis is the best ! I was in his area for business purposes, and woke up with a swollen face. I called around and was able to see Dr. Lewis the soonest, so I went there. He took excellent care of me, told me what was going on, and what needed to be done. When I got back home and followed up with my own dentist, he said that Dr. Lewis did exactly the right thing. I would definitely recommend him to anyone seeking a dentist.

Please don't waste your day by going to this dentist. I was referred to this dentist by my insurance company for my daughter's fillings. I was very happy to learn it was just a small office and I thought a more personable feeling would come out of it. After a quick consulation her surgery was scheduled for exactly a month later. They said they took my insurance but how things turned out in the next few weeks lead me to believe otherwise. They were faxing my insurance company incorrect and incompleted forms. My insurance company was calling me daily to let me know the necessary or incomplete forms were not sent in. I was doing all the communicating on behalf of the dentist to get the necessary forms in, well that is when they answered the phone. After 3 weeks, I had enough and with the hospital beginning to give me pre-operative instructions I'd had it. The small office feel I was expecting was awful, nobody answering the phone to get this matter solved with only days remaining before surgery. I finally made the decision the night before to cancel the procedure and called to inform the dentist via his cell phone. His respone "Yea, this is alot of money to not be covered by insurance and I will call you when I can get some answers next week" I never received a phone call back from anyone at the office!! I set out on my search again to find a pedontist for my daughter. I called Dr. Lewis office to get the x-ray I brought with me during the consulation sent to the new dentist office I will be going to. I thought she seemed a bit strange with some of her questions to me. " She is five, right?" "Okay, so I am sending these to another dentist office?" "So she will no longer be a patient here?" I should have known then something didn't seem right. I find out two days later she had called the new office and told them that Dr. Lewis's office will not be sending any x-rays to them, but because they don't have them" The new office called me right away to let me know about this situation. I made the phone call requesting the x-rays and you can't even call me back!!" I am now afraid my insurance company will bill me again for x-rays I just had done less than 6 months ago. I guess if they have to do the extra work to get money from your insurance than you aren't worth them keeping your file?
