Absolutely horrible experience that has now resulted in my child being terrified of any dentist. Very poor bedside manner and very impatient with children who are afraid and therefore not cooperating as he thinks they should. I take reviews very seriously and even one poor review would make me look elsewhere in regards to a physician of any kind. Heed my advice and look elsewhere. It is not worth having to help your child regain trust in a dentist again.

my daughters first visit went extremely fast. To fast. from time we got there until the time we left was 25 minutes. This would be good if they were thorough. they weren't. The dentist spent less than three minutes looking at her and talking to me. when we went to pay, the visit jumped in price from when we called. Their explanation was that the dentist spends more time with new patients. They didn't. After confronted, the manager made additional attempts to hide the reason for additional charge. When asked to talk to mark, she claimed he paid her to talk for him. Also, at time of checkout, I asked about discount since I was paying cash. I got a smirk from the cashier, and was told they don't offer discounts like most health care facilities. In closing, I wouldn't recommend anyone going there unless you want to be treated third rate and charged for services not rendered as stated by their own staff
