Dr. Wenrick is very knowledgeable and good at what she does. The office is a very beautiful and relaxing place and me and my family were patients of hers for the past 6 years. However, in the past 2 years she has had a high turnover of her entire office staff. Every time we go in it's someone new and the staff have become down right rude. My daughter was in there just recently and said the front desk person was arguing with someone on the phone and she could hear them while she was being treated in the dentist chair. Then they got angry because she could only come in on a Tuesday or Friday due to her college schedule. We have also had constant issues with insurance. They have overcharged us multiple times. The last straw was when they sent out a mass email to all of their patients, in one large group. They just gave everyone's personal email's out, because it was a group email it was all listed right there for all to see. A complete break in patient confidentiality. We have stopped seeing her and when I called to have our records transferred to a new dentist the staff that took my call wanted to question me as to why we were changing, I said it was personal reasons and they kept pushing and eventually got upset and hung

About Front Desk: Extremely rude. Actually hung up on me after getting upset because I said I could only do a follow up on either a Tuesday or Friday. Every time I went in I had issues with the staff over insurance as well. They have overcharged me more then once.

Full xrays, cleaning, treatment for TMJ, fillings. Make sure you check to see what you should be paying for your treatment, up front....they expect you to pay at least 2 days advance of your appointment!! I did not realize I was being billed DOUBLE the Delta Dental allowed amount, for a filling. They even collected more money later, saying I did not pay enough, and charged my credit card, without talking to me personally! She is NOT a contracted provided through Delta, and can charge whatever she wants. Dr. Wenrick does excellent work, and take lots of time! But, when you start asking questions about costs, they do NOT like that, and never explained what I just revealed here. Be knowledgeable about your insurance, especially in these times! They treat you as if they are a collection agency--pay, no questions asked!

I did alot of research before choosing Dr Wenrick and I am very disapointed. I have Delta Dental Insurance and I had $2500. in funds for treatment. I was upfront with this from my very first visit. I had a very painful abcessed molar. I was left in pain for almost a week before the pain was addressed. I was talked into a root canal and to try and save the tooth.$1500.00 later I find out that I can't afford the build up and the crown. So I went into debt over a tooth that would have cost me $100. to pull. I thought that because she was a dentist that did work in 3rd world countries that she was a dentist who cared. Obviously NOT. I am worse off now than I was when I went to her. Avoid unless you are wealthy. The average person Can NOT afford her.
