This is one of the best facilities and staff that I have encountered. One particular individual that excels in customer service and completely genuine, the receptionist, Tracey! Her spirit is unbelievable and contagious! Many of my referrals are completely in agreement when meeting her!

I was visiting charlotte, and lost a cap, it hurt. I called Dr Armstrong's office, and got an appt the next day, Saturday! the staff was friendly and competent, and all costs are written upfront, and they are reasonable. I recently, had an emergency, and was seen on Saturday. no pressure is applied to have further procedures, but you leave with an estimate of future costs,

Very Nice man. The proceedure took awhile though (root Canal). A little too expensive my insurance wouldn't cover some of the expenses. I had to pay out of pocket.

About Hygienist: The hygienist completed my temporary cap and it did not hold. I spent all my insurance money and some and couldn't afford to go back.

Performed a root canal - Broke off metal file in tooth. Closed up the tooth said "Sorry" and sent husband on to a specialist. Took no responsibility for what they have done. Husband is in extreme pain, will cost twice the money to fix their mistake. Will never go to this office again and I warn everyone who goes there. There is a reason they are so much less expensive than anywhere else.

Dr. Armstrong is a very kind and knowledgeable dentist. Everyone in his office is very positive, upbeat, and caring. They are all good at what they do. From the front desk receptionist, Tracy, who has never met a stranger and makes everyone feel special and relaxed to the hygienists who do a wonderful job, every single person contributes to the positive atmosphere at Dr. Armstrong's office. In all the years I have been taking my family to Dr. Armstrong's office, I have never had a problem. When he found a problem when reviewing an x-ray of w/my husband's crown, he even called us at home and had my husband come in to fix the crown at no cost to us. We didn't even know there was a problem! When my daughter was embarrassed at the gap b/w her teeth at 13 years of age, he put partial braces on to close the gap until a later date when she was ready for full braces. I would definitely give 4 stars to Dr. Armstrong and his office staff!

I found out that every time I went to Dr. Armstrong (as nice and sweet as he was) - there was always something WRONG with my teeth - CRACKED tooth was the favorite term (I guess the insurance accepts that excuse without question) - then comes the CROWN THE COST WAS OUTRAGEOUS!!!! and that was WITH MY INSURANCE that Paid 50%!!! I noticed while sitting in the waiting room may people in the room spoke of cracked teeth that needed crowns & root canals - obvious he was telling all his patients this!! There was always 2 hours waiting before they put me in the exam room - then another 1hr wait in there before the dentist showed up- THEY obviously OVERBOOK the appointments to make more money. My job was constantly threating me because they thought I was lying to them - who takes 4 hours or more at a dentist EVERY TIME!! You are stealing time from work is all you're doing - My job started making me get DR NOTES to prove I was at the dentist that long!! This practice is just a way for the dentist to have a really nice lifestyle at the cost of his patients. SORRY DR. ARMSTRONG you just are not the type of dentist I want to go to. GOOD BYE!!!

The overall exprerience was very good. The customer service was of very high quality and very warm and overall experience was very good but lacking it their time management. As long as I came @ 8:30 or right after lunch is was ok.
