Small office, but adequate. Her staff makes you feel at ease. Dr. Simmons-Boyd will diagnose your problem and be very forthright about the issue. Competent and gets the job done.

Dr. Simmons-Boyd and her staff are excellent! Always friendly, caring and in a great mood. Hygienists and assistants are very friendly and very careful with you. I've never had a problem filing through my insurance (which they do for me) and have very minimal charges that above the insurance companies U/C Rates. Very nice, up to date facility, state of the art insturments and procedures. Always on the cutting edge. I've never, ever had a denstist that I've enjoyed and looked forward to going to see like I do with this one, I'll never ever leave them.

Dr. Boyd herself was fine but I felt that her staff was trying to push products and procedures on me. Will never go back!

Dr. Simmons-Boyd is wonderful! She has completed over 4 crowns for me and 4 root canals but with no pain. She is thorough and detailed. Her plan of care worked for me and prevented my genetically challenged teeth from falling out. I now have a healthy smile that I am proud of.

Unfortunately, I went to Dr. Simmons-Boyd once and will probably not go back. I had a small cavity and after she did a filling, I ended up with tremendous pain and now I have to get a root canal to fix the problem. Also, the facility is a bit old.

Dr. Boyd is very nice but I'm not happy with her newest hygenist. Boyd herself is very caring and doesn't seem to be out for every dollar she can get, but her newest hygenist (not Cindy) seems to be out to make a dollar by telling my family members and friends that their teeth are in bad shape and need three month cleanings. I've never been told this as long as I've been there (4 years) and now they are suddenly bad? She has changed my opinion of the whole practice unfortunately. Facility very old!

The best part of this doctor is that she does not keep you waiting endlessly in the waiting room. The facilities look a bit old, and the service is a bit expensive, but overall i recommend her as a family dentist.
