As far as Dr. Stovall goes He is a wonderful Dr. But as far as billing goes he needs to check his business practice and the people he trusted to run it. My procedures were approved and I paid my portion which was over two grand and then after they said insurance approved and my part was paid my procedure was performed. Then months later I received a phone call from a very rude collection agency demanding payment of something that was supposed to have been approved. Someone dropped the ball and I, the patient have to pay another grand to get the collection agency off of me. Poor practice! They need to be very certain that everything is approved and money is in hand before anything is performed. On top of this mess I didn’t receive a single phone call from this office regarding the issue, but they say several attempted phone calls were made. If you choose to see this amazing Dentist and wonderful person be very firm and make sure beyond a shadow of a doubt everything is paid for.
