I forgive you Dr. Stephen Pac for the pain, stress & anxiety and your lack of concern for the botched dental work you performed on my teeth has caused me. I forgive you for over-medicating me with local anesthesia along with giving me no instructions on how often to use salt rinses for the over-sensitivity of my teeth that occurred only during your treatment, that resulted in my having to seek E.R. care for a very high blood pressure episode that I didn't have before your treatment, nor since then. I forgive you for placing over sized "cow" like teeth in my mouth that resulted in gross misalignment of my mouth & jaws which also resulted in constant chipping of my front top teeth (even before you completed the cosmetic dental work, and all you did was smooth it down.),it also changed the shape of my face & my once attention grabbing beautiful smile, (no one has complimented on my smile since your dental work 3 yrs ago). Gaps are between my gum & teeth that you had to have seen in the X-rays when you said I had an abscess, and now I've two abscesses."Now, you know your Dr. is not perfect", is all you had to say to me, & with a smug grin on your face.You ignored my Atty. so the Statue of Limitations would end. Still, I forgive you.

Do not use this dentist! He did two crowns and both were of very poor quality..... both ill fitting. He would not even discuss issue with me. Was very argumentative when I attempted to discuss it with him and said he would re-do the crowns but at my expense!!! Please, please find you another dentist - this one is not for you.

About Hygienist: Great people - so sad they work for this dentist.

Went in for routine cleaning/exam, and all he wanted to talk about was "improving my smile". He wasn't tactful about it, either. I've had braces and my teeth are straight. They are a bit yellowed (partly from genetics, partly from coffee, etc--no tobacco ever). His advice, presented without tact or sensitivity: pull 4 healthy teeth and replace them with implants, and bleach the remaining teeth. This dentist is far more interested in cosmetic dentistry (and the money it brings) than in dental health. And he makes no bones about it. He's rude and tactless, and his staff is no better.

About Front Desk: When I walked in, three staff members were chatting at the front desk. None stopped to greet me. I had to stand waiting until they finished their tete a tete.

About Hygienist: She chewed gum the entire time she worked on me. I could smell and hear it through her mask. She was rough and hurt me several times by going too far with her tool; had she not been watching "Ellen" while working on me, perhaps she could have been more accurate. I indicated several times that I needed suction; she never noticed or anticipated it herself, and was slow to give me suction when I did ask. My teeth did feel clean when she finished.

Awful. Just awful. Do not go here to any kind of work done! I got veneers and a crown done here. The crown broke within a year and he refused to warranty any of it, although when I called about it the lady at the front desk told me that it was covered except for a couple of fees. When I conferred that information to him he called me a liar! I was unhappy with my veneers and felt they were too large and looked like oversized dentures and asked him to file them down a bit and he refused. I have never had a doctor be so snide, rude, and condescending. I've had a large amount of dental work done in my life and I'm not scared of going to the dentist like most people seem to be, but going here made me realize why people fear it so much. Extremely painful, novacaine shots weren't done correctly. He also told me that I had an infection in the tooth where the crown that he did shattered and I would need to have this extra work done and be treated for that. When I went to another dentist after he refused to warranty his work, they found no evidence of infection whatsoever.

Dr. Pak was not attentive to my needs. He did not work with me when I had major problems with the treatment he suggested. After 1 and a half years into my treatment, Dr. Pak told me that the treatment was never going to work on my teeth. He had originally promised me that the treatment was the perfect solution to my problems. I spent over $4200 for nothing. Now, Dr. Pak will not work with me on a solution to both my physical and financial dissatisfaction. I would not recommend Dr. Pak to anyone.

About Hygienist: On the other hand, Dr. Pak's staff is one of the nicest and most attentive staff I have ever had the pleasure to work with. They helped me above and beyond what Dr. Pak was willing to do.
