Good dentist but horrible person I sat in her chair for nearly an hour while listening to her belittling and scold her assistant like a child I'm highly turned off and disgusted never again 😡

Great treatment had a lot of bad teeth pulled and she was very compassionate!

Keisha Davis was the crudest, rudest dentist, if you can call her that, that I have ever had the displeasure of going to. She was rough and hurt me and her assistant was terrible. WHen I nicely complained Davis just kept saying aw you are just too sensitive. Not true. Dr. Shah at LeCann Family Dentistry does not hurt me, doing some of the same procedures that Davis did to me. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE NOT EVER. LeCann asked for my dental records from Keisha Davis in July and they still have not received them and today it is Sept. 13. By law she is supposed to have sent them in 30 days or less. VERY UNRPOFESSIONAL. My opinion based on Davis treatement of me is that she is a racist. I am white and I have a neighbor (white) who says the same thing and no longer goes to her. BAD BUSINESS. BEWARE!

About Hygienist: The hygienist kept slamming the suction equipment against my lip and really hurt me on several occassions. It was just an all around horrible experience. Very unprofessional. SHe would keep leaving the room (with her gloves on) and returning and I did not know what she had been touching outside of my room. UGH.

Though Dr. Davis was great - very friendly, did a good job - I felt like they looked too hard to find things to charge you for. In fact, I have switched dentists and now have to pay $20 to pick up a copy of my xrays for my new dentist. Reaffirmed my decision to go somewhere else. Just b/c I have great insurance, doesn't mean you need to bill everything you can think of

We had a horrible experience with this dentist. It took several phone calls to get a return call and a scheduled appointment. When I scheduled the appointment I asked for a price breakdown which they said they would call me back with. They never did. She charges much more with insurance than other dentists in the area charge without. While the support staff seemed okay, I did not feel that she was very competent as a dentist. Her credentials are amazing, but her skill level does not measure up. She also is too "fill happy" for me. My child had some minor areas that other dentists I have been too would say to "watch", she is ready to drill out her whole mouth just to make a buck. These are baby teeth! I called another dentist we trust and have been too before but is farther away than we had hoped to drive since moving and their pricing is almost a third of what hers is. All around disappointed!
