I have been going to this offiice for over 5 years and I have never had an issue. On my last visit Dr. Palermo put in a crown on my tooth that I chipped and there wasn't any pain from start to finish. They are very professional and put you at ease. The only issue I would say is the price.

The office is very nice, the staff very friendly, the service is great, HOWEVER the prices aren't so great. Whitening trays are over $150 higher (+ the cost of solution) than my last dentist. Routine office visits are also much higher than our insurance allows (which is the average expected cost of visit) so we constantly pay co-pays. Minor dental work costs are also high. Overall, if money isn't an issue, this is a great dentist. You can trust that the work will be done well and complete without future issues.

Enjoyed my visit with Dr. Palermo. He is very honest and professional and his staff is very helpful and friendly. Unlike most practices, they do not waste the patients time and are very efficient in getting the patient from the waiting room to the dental room. Very please with his professionalism. Recommend him to anyone.
