Please, for your and your teeth sake, do NOT get care from Dr. Chun. I got a tooth extracted 3 months ago. Afterwards, a lingering pain increased daily. It got to the point where I could not chew food nor close my mouth comfortably. I am usually good about pain, and I expected pain after a tooth extraction. But not like this. It got so bad to the point where I had to call Dr. Chun's emergency number. When he inspected it, he said there was a tooth shard remaining, and he proceeded to take it out WITHOUT anesthesia. I thought that was the end of it. NO, I WAS WRONG. The pain increased over the next couple of weeks and then I feel a sharp pain. When I tell him about this, he DISMISSES it. TWICE. I pull a small shard to prove him wrong. He then takes an x-ray and tells me there are TWO MORE SHARDS he needs to take out. Throughout this process, there is no word of apology. NONE. He blamed it on my weak gums and the tooth in front of the one extracted, but I now have NO pain. How would that be the case if my gums and another tooth was giving me issues? I've requested an x-ray but still haven't received one. It's been 3 days. PLEASE, listen. I've gone through hell because of this place. Find somewhere else.

Dr. Chun heavily relies on his assistant, April, to communicate services.

About Hygienist: April does not work well with patients who have any level of anxiety about going to the dentist. She treated me just fine, however, she was extremely rude & disrespectful to my husband who has anxiety about dental visits of any sort. Because of her, we have not gone back nor will I recommend anyone to this office despite that the rest of the office was very friendly.

In addition to his technical superiority, he has an artist's perspective and skills and strives for aesthetically perfect results. He filled my very ugly front teeth to make them really beautiful and matching the surrounding teeth. Also, he is an unusually kind person.

Best Dentist I have ever been too! I never thought it was possible to laugh and smile while having a root canal, but dr. chun and his staff are amazing! their patients are their number one concern! They made sure I was pain free, comfortable, and feeling great the whole time! there was a bit of a wait time(i was taking back about 30min after scheduled appointment time) HOWEVER, once i was back there and saw how patients and their issues where put first, I understand that the wait was probably due to the patient before me having troubles, and was in no part a scheduling mistake like at many other places. I have spent most of my life scared to death of going to the dentist. But now that I have found Dr. Chun, I know that I will not have to fear going to the dentist again! I would recommend him and his staff to everyone I know, and everyone I don't know!

About Hygienist: The hygienist treated me like we had been friends for years! I have never felt so comfortable in a dentist office ever!

Dr. Chun is very nice and a cheerful dentist. However the services provided at his clinic may be average. I had root canal done by a visiting dentist and received partial denture. My overal experience of the services may be 4 out of 10. The root canal crown continues to hurt and collects food particles because of sharp and rough edges. As for the partial, it is nothing to write home about.

I love this Dental office. I don't want to pay for pretty paintings or name brand uniforms and here I don't. The staff is incredibly friendly and genuinly concerned with any issues that arrise. It is very easy to get an appointment here and unlike most other offices in the area, there is no horribly long wait hours past your appointed time. They are also very good with kids. I have 5 kids and they each love to go to this practice. From the front desk back to the dentist, this office is tops. This has been my experience over the past 4 years of going to this office.

About Hygienist: The Hygienists at this office are all very kind and gentle! I have never had a problem with any of them and my children just love them. They are very thorough and treat you as a person and not just another patient.

Dr Chun is the best Dentist I have ever had and I am 49 years old. He is through, he is always asking if I am comfortable. The staff are kind and attentive to my needs. Dr Chun goes the extra mile to make sure I am happy with his work. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has a fear of Dentists in general. He can put you at ease and make your visit as smooth as possible. He is the best !

He does a thorough job but neglected to check for oral cancer my last visit. I think this is a MUST and I won't let it happen again. He is a pleasant man but sometimes difficult to understand due to his accent. His office help is great. Besides regular check ups, he has replaced a crown for me. No pain.

About Hygienist: Some better than others. They come and go. Teeth feel clean but once the gal was very zealous with the cleaning and I was sore for two days.
