This office stinks. Dr. Zervos is great but I quit after 10 years with her. I got cancer two years ago and thanks to great medical care in Raleigh, I'm essentially cured. It was hell.
My doctor said I could start going back to my dentist. I walked back into Zervos's office happy to make an appoint and there was some hush whispering as I asked for an appointment. I was then told I was "fired" as a patient a year ago because of $40 unpaid bill. I offered to pay on the spot and explained the situation including my 10 years as a good paying patient.
But the miserable office manager who revels in being mean told me again, "you have been dismissed" and called the police who threatened to ARREST me.
That's why I'm here looking for another doctor. I said, "I still owe you $40 and I don't want to settle that before I go." She refused. I think this lady who runs the office and everybody is scared of enjoys being a sadist. I've seen other people yelling at her in the past and thought THEY were overboard. No longer. I'm just sorry for Dr. Zervos. She may bring in the money for the office but this lady manager kills any love you'll have for this office.
About Hygienist: She's great, but you have to deal with the b from hell.

Dr. Zervos is outstanding. I actually enjoy going to see her. Her staff is extremely helpful and flexible. She sometimes runs behind but you can call before your appointment.
