My family and I have have used Dr. Parsons for 20 years. He's the best dentist we've used, and is a great person. He and his staff always put the patient first, ensuring that care will be appropriate, warranted, and as comfortable for the patient as possible. His staff is very professional and personable. Highly recommended!

I have an irrational fear of dentists! Dr. Parsons & his staff have greatly eased that fear. I've had to have multiple appointments & because of my traumatic brain injury, I no longer have any short term memory. Dr. Parsons is very accommodating and doesn't get impatient when he has to repeat things to me over & over. He & his staff were just as excited as I was, when he fixed my front tooth! They are all exetremely compassionate and I count them all as my first friends here in Daphne, Alabama after moving from Madison, MS. You cannot find a more compassionate and caring dentist anywhere than "Dr. P" as his staff affectionately call him!

About Front Desk: The Front Desk Staff? What can I say about them? They're now my very best friends! All of Dr. Parson's staff are truly caring & special. Those ladies behind the desk truly care about me and are extremely supportive..I don't know what I would have done without them since moving from my home in Mississippi to Alabama. They care about you, the person, not just the patient. I don't want to go into my personal details but suffice it to say, but if it hadn't been for their care & concern, I don't know what I would have done!

About Hygienist: Wow! This hygienist is terrific and so kind! She is efficient & quite good. I used to dread and hate going to the dentist but not anymore! I look forward to all of my appointments because going to those appointments is like going to a family reunion where only the family members you really like and aren't embarrassed by, will be there!

dr parsons and his staff are PHENOMINAL!! they always take great care of me. his work is outstanding but his patient care is second to none. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

dr. parsons made me get two fillings put in and he said the fillings were old. the fillings were just seven years old.

Dr. Parsons and his staff are incredible. They do not rush their work, and they take time to talk with you and build a relationship with their patients. The wait time isn't bad either. Great place!

About Hygienist: Beth. Very gentle, nice and friendly, didn't rush. She takes time to give you a break if you need it. Excellent hygienist!

Dr. Parsons has been my dentist for over 25 years, for routine cleaning, fillings, crowns a bridge and complete cosmetic reconstruction. He is the most honest, empathetic and skilled dentist one could find. He's also a nice guy.

Terrible. The staff there is rude. I had to wait forever to get in the chair. All they talked about was what they were having for lunch. Ignored me completely.

About Front Desk: I had a terrible visit. Susan was the rudest employee. She glared at me and I heard her curse me under her breath. This was traumatic made me feel uncomfortable. I will never go back to Dr.Parsons.
