About Front Desk: rude and incompetent. the office manager Ava is a first rate buffoon. she came from heartland dental, so that's no surprise.

Dr Mcgee did my crown for my implant, he was very incompetent. he had to ask his assistant, and the representative from the implant company advice on if he was doing it correctly. boy if that makes you feel confident. two months later my crown fell out. my esperience with him has been a nightmare. please to all, stay away from this practice.

About Hygienist: came to get my check up, the dentist was not in the office, and the hygienist was not trying to sell extra things, when i said no to the extras, she was not going to clean my teeth. i think what an incompetent office.

Use caution. Dr. Magee has two disciplanary actions against him by the Florida Dental Board (License # DN14615, http://ww2.doh.state.fl.us/FinalOrderNet/folistbrowse.aspx?LicId=12514&ProCde=701&discpln=DISCPLN) While he was in Tallahasse, he attempted to replace four missing front teeth with a bridge in my wifes mouth. Ended up pulling two of the teeth he was putting those on and stating a full upper bridge was needed. Promise a full refund if not satisfied with his work. He made temps himself. He wanted 1/2 (approx $7,000) up front and rest ($6300)upon delivery. He glued on first bridge and it fit badly and caused gum irritation due to allergy, which he denied was the cause. He dislocated right jaw removing the first bridge for whihc my wife later required surgery. He said it was OK. Did two more bridges. They did not fit right. Finally had to leave. He refused to give refund (offered payments but did not say how much). Dr. Magee currently has two disciplinary actions against him at the Florida Dental Board.
