Completely inconsiderate and do not provide equitable care, I missed one appointment due to personal and health reasons and I was immediately banned from visiting again without any real chance to talk with anyone or explain what was going on. Would not recommend visiting if you have ever known any struggle or cannot promise to be a perfect patient.

I can truthfully say that Dr. Popo Chui is by far the best dentist I have had in my long life. She combines state of the art equipment and treatment procedures with skill and a gentle touch that is very impressive. Her periodontal care is meticulous. Even better, she motivates me to carry on that same thorough care in my daily dental hygiene.
Dr Chui has ,by her skilled treatment saved a tooth which was severely decayed thereby preventing my need for an implant or denture. She is always careful to adequately numb the area to be treated and her touch is deft and precise. What used to be painful procedures in the past, under her care are painless.
In addition, she is a very lovely human being, kind and gentle.
In short---she's the best. But more than that, I think that it is because of her high professional standards and her fine personal qualities, she has hired a wonderful staff that reflects that same high calibre. Dr. Chui's entire office reflects well on her. They are competent, professional and very pleasant. From the moment I enter the office, the experience is good.
About Hygienist: Barbara was the hygienist who took care of my last cleaning. She had a very pleasant disposition, and as a hygienist she was very competent. She explained what she was doing during the cleaning and why. On leaving the room, my teeth were very well cleaned, but in addition, I had the experience of meeting a truly exceptional young woman. I was very impressed on so many levels. Often, in the past, Dr. Chui has done the cleaning; she has done it with assistants. Each one of them have been kind, pleasant and professional. What a great team!
