Dr. Ponce is an excellent dentist. She took the time to explain every procedure she was doing. For example, when I got my teeth whitened, Dr. Ponce was very supportive, and thorough when explaining the process. She is a professional and has a naturally lovely personality. I would recommend Dr. Ponce to everyone. She is the best dentist I have ever had.

I had a filling by her and she botched it. I was in pain for three months, and she could not fixed it. She showed total disregard for my wellbeing, my pain. Her insensitivity was appalling. She multitasked when she was doing the procedure, stopping the procedure to go to see another patient in other room. Totally unprofessional. I'd not recommend her to anybody, she lost her mojo and turned into a bad dentist. KEEP AWAY FROM DR. PONCE !

Worst dentist I ever met. Blatant disregard for my well being. We had a full conversation about filling my tooth without the use of metal. She agreed she would do it and when the procedure was done I looked in my mouth only to find a METAL filling. I gave her one more chance a few months later and now I have permanent nerve damage on one side of my face due to her botching another procedure. Thanks Dr. Ponce ! DON'T TRUST DR. SILVIA PONCE !

Dr. Ponce is an excellent dentist. I can't comment on her charges, as I have dental insurance..
I have recommended Dr. Ponce to many friends and family members. All have been happy with her care and treatment.
About Front Desk: The office is clean and the staff friendly and courteous. Appointments are easy to schedule.
