Be careful. Google this oral surgeon’s name in Business Better Bureau and Union Leader before stepping into this clinic. I had a very sad experience with this clinic on August 07, 2018. My son was scheduled for a procedure and they got my insurance information a week prior to the procedure and told me it was just a $40 copay. I called them around three times prior the procedure and they reiterated the instructions and my copay of $40. Right after the procedure they told me they are out of network and I have to foot the bill of $3000+. Really? The bill just arrived and now they are charging $4,000+ Just a head’s up to other patients.

About Front Desk: Billing did not do their job with the insurances. Unreliable. Be careful.

I had my 3 impacted wisdom teeth removed and was under general anesthesia. Because they conveniently did not have an anesthesiologist on the premises, my insurance could not cover the cost of it, so I had to pay $1050 out of pocket, minutes before my operation. They did not start until the obnoxious receptionist (both were rude and quick to take my money) called the bank to check on my funds. It was ridiculous. Also, I have had friends who have gotten their wisdom teeth taken out and they received follow-up checks on the healing of their teeth and a water pump syringe to clean out the holes of their mouths. I received neither from him. The pain of the after was horrendous, I was continuously crying for days in pain. Something else that is still bothering me, 18 days later, (today), my tongue has been numb and is still numb. It is slowly fading but for the first 2 weeks, I could have barley spoke and ate because I had absolutely no control over my tongue. I have never heard of this happening to anyone. Overall, it wasn't a great experience and the entire office was far too quickly to take my money and never speak to me again. I was not pleased what so ever and I will NEVER recommend anyone to get dental work there.
