Dr Janssen is very calming regarding any of the dental work. Certainly puts you at ease, and I am not the best patient at the dentist. He is thorough with his explanations of what the issues are, what can be done, and was very honest regarding pain/sensitivity fears. Would definitely recommend him as a dentist.....

About Front Desk: The customer service is top notch. They handled the insurance claims, scheduling was easy and they were very accomodating.

About Hygienist: I have seen a couple of different hygienist in the past. All of them are extremely friendly and are efficient, so any pain is quickly eliminated.

The shots he gives are nearly painless -- this is his strength. His staff and hygienists are very efficient and helpful.
