DO NOT LISTEN TO ANYONE ELSE ON HERE. Dr Boles was the sweetest, most attentive doctor I ever had. I grew up going from crappy dentist to crappy dentist when my family finally found Dr Boles. Yes, sometimes the wait was a little long but that was not Dr Boles fault and all of these people on here seem to think it was. I came on here because I didn't know what happened to him at Dental Depot and I came across all of these crap comments. If you ever have the chance to see Dr B, please consider yourself lucky because he was a gem.

This was one of my worst experiences with a dentist. I had a tooth pulled on friday, took 3 hours to get it pulled. My app was at 10:00am, I didn't leave until 1:00pm. I developed a dry socket. Dr Boles gave me some oxy fresh and said that would clear it up. Nope!! I went back the next day, he said it looked fine. I was in so much pain I was shaking and in tears. He argued with me and told me that it couldn't hurt that bad. They talked me into letting themail numb me up to clean it out, I passed out during the shots from the pain and had to be put on o2. He still said it couldn't hurt that bad. I ended up in the er that night with extreme pain. I had to go to another dentist to get him to pack my gums with dry socket paste. I got them packed with that and I had a huge amount of relief in just a few short minutes. Dr Boles, told me he didn't know what to do to get me out of pain. If he doesn't know what to do, then he shouldn't be practicing Medicine. He was very unsympathetic to my pain. I begged him to do something for me and he wouldnt.

08/2014 Started to pull tooth that was not numb. His fault or his staff? All though I found Dr. boles friendly enough I have no confidence in him or his staff. Worst dental experience ever!

Worst denist ever. My teeth hurt more now than when I went in. Would never go back. Totally screwed my teeth up

I am not one to complain or write negative reviews. This is my first. I went to Dental Depot in Moore because they were on our insurance and my husband had used them and I was hurting and needed 2 root canals. What a mistake it was! I jerked a bit out of protective reflex. It actually startled me that I did that. He was livid and rude. He yelled "don't don't ever do that or I won't treat you. You could give me a disease that you have. He then said that "pain is part of medical treatment and that I needed to accept pain. He stomped out. The nurse hugged me and said "I am so sorry. It wasn't your fault. It was a reflex from the nerve. You didn't do anything wrong." I left feeling degraded, victimized and humiliated. have never in my life been treated so rudely by a licensed professional. His comments were insensitive, inappropriate and incorrect. He acted as if he was too good and above the patients that he treats. I am not sure if he just is unhappy with his contract or he truly could care less about the patient. Regardless, it is my opinion that he is not suitable to work on human beings, or animals for that matter. Do yourself and your family a favor and go somewhere else! There are dentists that care! Not him...
