Worst dentist I've ever had. Erin Bang doesn't even look at me in the eye. It seems she's lying when she talks to me. This dentist can't be trusted. She is also very rude. She took X-rays for me even though I told her not to. Erin Bang just tried to make more money for herself instead of looking out for the patient's interest. Do not go to this office!

Dr. Bang-Crooks is a great dentist. Staff is friendly and attentive. They joke around a lot, but they are serious when they need to be. Be warned, the doctor hums a lot while she works on you. Hygienist is gentle & quick, maybe a bit chatty sometimes.
The doctor seems know her stuff. No complaints so far. I ask a lot of questions, which I think has annoyed some of my past dentists. But Dr. Bang-Crooks takes as long as I need to answer. And she doesn’t push hard on optional treatments.
Office is clean & modern, easy to find in a strip mall, with easy parking. Front office is responsive to my emails. Prices seem reasonable. They take my insurance.
My mother had an in-office bleaching with her & was very happy too.

Dr. Bang-Crooks completed 2 crowns for me about 6 years ago and I even got positive reviews from other dentists about the quality and fit when I was living in California. Siince returing the Alpharetta area, I'm been impressed with her staff, service, and facility. The hygenist is thorough, the office manager very organized, and speed of service excellent. I am very happy she has opened another office in the Alpharetta area.

I had a root canal completed which I was quite anxious about. I worried unnecessarily and went right back to work after the procedure. Dr. Bang-Crooks is effective, efficient and reasonable in costs.

My cleanings were great but any other work that I had done was horrible. She is very heavy handed so I felt more pain. She also had to numb me up alot more. 1 crown that she removed and replaced in my husbands mouth for cosmetic reasons came out in less than 1 year. The same thing also happened to me. None of her work lasted very long without problems.
About Hygienist: She always has nice hygenists working for her.
