Dr. Isaacson has done four fillings, one crown, and one tooth patching on me in the last two years. He uses digital x-rays and an intra-oral camera on each visit. I have excellent help on insurance from his staff. Every time I have a check-up or have a procedure, his staff has already checked with my insurance company to determine the cost. He gets high marks from me on his chairside manner. Always comforting and gentle during my procedures, Dr Isaacson makes it easy for me to remain calm. He's friendly and upbeat, and always explains things to me before a procedure. His office staff is also very good. They are friendly and professional on each visit. The dental assistants seem more experienced than other dentist's offices that I have been in. They take on more responsibility than I've seen before, which I think is a good sign. My two children also feel very relaxed in his office. They can tell that he is a dad himself because of the way he treats them when they are in the chair. We have had negative experiences with dentists in the past, so it was important for us to find a competent, caring dentist. Dr. Isaacson has not disappointed us in any respect. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good general dentist.
About Hygienist: So far I have had Sarah and Angie for my hygenists. Both were excellent. They take time to explain things to me, and are very thorough. I learned things about my teeth that I never knew. I went home with a good plan for improving my oral hygiene, which is something I had never had before. Both were very gentle. Always friendly and positive. High marks.
