Dr derenzy was verbally abusive during my dental procedure.
Halcion and Valium drug, combined with nitrous oxide innefective. I let him know, and I was told I needed to "sit back and chill out" rudely. Dr used only one numbing swab in one location, multiple novacaine injection sites.no communication. dental jam shoved into mouth.
Dr drilled into live nerve, caused excrutiating pain. I jumped a little not expecting the pain. Dr then proceded to yell at me and state how he could have drilled into my lip. my head did not move. With no choice, I let the doctor finish drilling and filling the tooth he started. I was then asked to leave, followed my more verbal abuse and reiteration. I am sitting here, half drilled, with a numb face wondering where I should go from here. This Man should not be practicing dentistry until he takes a major time out and checks himself.
