Have had numerous replacement fillings, a crown, perdiodic cleanings, emergency treatment for broken tooth, emergency treatment for cracked filling, and most annual check-ups. Customer Service from staff at visits and call-in is top notch, the staff is friendly and genuinely concerned with my needs. I have always received reminder calls for appointments. Follow-up is done on referral services to make sure my needs or my family's needs have been met. I would recommend this affice to friends and family members.
About Hygienist: Have had good and average experiences under this category. However, last several years has all been good. First 3 - 4 years seemed like had a different hyg. each visit. Very satisfied with current hygienist.

The office massed my bills and my appointments. They called me 10 minutes before I was leaving for the dentist visit and told me I don't have appointment on that day. It's really a mass and they never appologize!!! I'd better go to another dentist. Actually, I have found a good one.
