I tried this dentist because people said they were friendly and they were close to home. They were, but aren't very competent. I have bruxism and needed an occlusal guard. I had to go back TWICE for the awful gagging impressions because they messed them up the first time. When "my guard" came in they tried to put one made for someone else in my mouth! I told them it didn't fit and they said "I wasn't doing it right and just needed to get used to it" Finally Dr. Scott checked it out and looked clearly embarrassed as he should be, because the guard was someone's that had missing teeth (I have all of my teeth clearly and perfectly lined from braces). Also, when Dr. Jill did my general check up I felt like she just looked inside and was like "looks good," She didn't notice my wear-down until I asked her about it. Clearly they are not thorough. I will never return again. Also, I had an appointment scheduled for Dec. 27th once. So I guess Christmas Eve was the last business day before it. I received a call from their auto-system at 6:00PM on Christmas Eve in the middle of xmas eve dinner with my family! RUDE! Make the system call earlier or turn it off for holidays!
