I went to this office for extractions when I had my extraction done before somewhere else all I needed was the local anesthesia. For some reason this office wanted to put me to sleep so bad and now I can see why. Normally I would have the dentist and his/her assistant this time I had dr. Rothenberg along with 3 yes 3 assistants all in my mouth at the same time. They were all very aggressive that I had a panic attack I felt like I couldn't breathe did they stop after I said wait I cant breathe heck no they kept going and said breathe regular smh. I am a tough chick I can take the pain with local . so they gave me local and something in my ar they said would make me feel comfortable. They never told me what exactly it was and I didn't even need that. I felt like because my dentist was this buff Italian looking guy the assistants was not there for me but for him making googly eyes at him while his back was turned was so unprofessional so anyways after he finished he didn't even stich me he left so fast along with everybody else all they said was well send your prescription I was left with two big bloody holes in my mouth never again will I go there.
About Front Desk: Front desk staff coming in was rude I felt like they didn't care no customer service skills at all but the front desk when exiting after procedure on the other side were nice they were more informative than the dentist or anyone in there

First of all this office is a zoo. People were everywhere. I had to wait 1 hour and a half. The toilets in the bathroom was stopped up. How disgusting !I went in to get a consultation for an implant. I told him that I did not want to have sedation. He made it sound as if I had to be sedated and told me that I had to get sedated so that he could measure and that he did not want me moving. Comes to find out sedation gives them more money. This guy is all about the money. Looked on this site and saw how he had poor bedside manner. I decided to never go back to this guy. I got the implant somewhere else. Was awake the whole time. Very happy I went elsewhere. I would never go back to that dump ever again.

Ihave a terrible review his bedside manner is horrible, he rushed through my surgery and didnt even come see me in the recovery room when it was over. Its like a factory line. Next!!! NExt!!! Its terrible.....and he has a nasty attitude
About Front Desk: RUde rude rude andmore rude, i will never ever go there again in life. oh and dont ask him for any percocet cause you have pain from a wisdom tooth extraction all he wants to give you is 10 pills or codiene, terrible.
